Note From The Pastor

Lewis County General Hospital has changed its procedures on admissions and clergy visits.  Clergy are no longer given the general listing but only those pertaining to their church.  Therefore, it is important that you list yourself as “baptist” when admitted and, if asked, say you would like a clergy visit.  If you list yourself as “protestant” or “Christian”, I probably will not know that you are there, even if I go up to see others; nor does the hospital automatically notify clergy.  If you wish a visit from the Pastor; it is best to have someone call, call yourself, or ask the desk to notify me.
